Now, most of you know the differences between complex carbs and simple carbs. So what i want to share with you is, which carbohydrates will be suitable during workout?

Of course the answer will be complex carbohydrates. You need high fiber carbs to help giving you energy in continuous rates. Simple carbs burns really fast in comparison. Not a suitable choice for hypoglycemia.

How to go from FLAT to SUPERBUTT?

There are 3 very important muscles exercises that will help you to transform it to superbutt ;

1. Gluteus Maximus (bigger part)

- Lunges
- Squats

2. Gluteus Medius (upper part)

- Straight Leg side plank

3. Gluteus Minimus (in between medius and maximus)

- Bent Knee Side bridge

Try practise those 4 workouts regularly and see the differences! P.s Don't expect 20 times of Squats only can make a difference.

We all fall in life... The question is who gets back up!

Many of you have had a fitness goal to achieve, and somewhere along the way, you fell off the bandwagon and when that happened, many of you throw in the towel, tapped out, and call it a day. If that is the kind of mindset you have programmed, you will never achieve anything you life.

2) Engaged with a Professional. All jokes aside, you CANT and WILL NOT achieve anything if you hit it WITHOUT the right knowledge. You need a professional guidance. You gotta look for an expert in the field to help guide you and monitor your progress. With the right guidance and support, not only will you achieve your goal, but you will get there half of the time. So, get engaged with somebody with a proven track record.

3) Record your progress. Before you embark in this journey, take a before picture of yourself, and at the back of the picture, write down your body stats (weight, muscle mass, body fat %, bmi etc). And have a habit to take a new pic every month. That way, when you have a hard day and when your mind and body, primarily your SMALL LITTLE VOICE is telling you to quit, cuz you have not made any progress, you can fall back on your before pic and compare with your current stat. I ASSURE you, you WILL see progress and that will fuel you up to keep on going,

Now, if you follow through those 3 simple tips, I dont see why you can;t look good. Guys, the year is gonna end is 3 months time. January 1st, everybody and their mother is gonna get busy wanting to achieve a certain fitness goal. Guess what, you don't gotta wait january first to join a damn gym. Siapa ada sekurang-kurangnya 1 aplikasi Fitness dalam smartphone anda? Mesti ada yang download sampai 2-3 aplikasi, betul?

Tidak salah untuk memuat turun aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut tetapi bukan semua aplikasi berkesan. Having a hard time to do pull up or have no confident at all of doing it right?

Don't stop yourself from keep on trying!

Concentrate on keeping your body as still as possible, and you’ll naturally recruit your abs, hips, and lower back in addition to your arms,slowly move your legs in circles or up and down to further engage your abs.

Try these 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

1. Focus on lowering phase - Use high plyo box to help position yourself ,bend your knees and then slowly lower your body until your arms are extended.

2. Help from a friend - Get a spotter to stand behind you.Try to pull up, with ankles crossed if necessary, as your spotter helps lift your legs.

3. Practice with half pull up - Stand on a plyo box that's high enough so that when you grab the bar your arms are bent about 45 degrees. Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar, then lower to starting position.

WE WILL PERSEVERE.

WE WILL PERSEVERE.

Today is a day of mourning. This morning we receive the bodies of those Malaysians who perished in the tragedy of MH17. We are to spend a minute of silence in memory of these victims and to do anything in our power to respect today's solemnity. Fly the flags at half mast, wear darker clothing, tone down the entertainment.

BUT we do not at any point walk with our heads looking down on the ground. We do not kneel. We do not bow. We will stride forward looking at the future rather than dwell in the past.

Our country has been dealt with problems after problems, crisis after crisis. With MH17 was shot down, MH370 is still missing, Malaysian Airlines is at the brink of bankruptcy. Roads and Bridges collapse, Haze and Floods, not to mention the debacle of our political system. But we will live through all this. We have lived through occupation by four different empires, we will surely be able to survive all this tragedy.

Let's mourn the victims of MH17 and MH370 today and lets work together to ensure something like this never happens again. Let's put 120% of what we have into anything that we're pursuing and lift this country up from the waters that is trying to drown and kill us all.

Salam everyone,

Don't give up on the pullup!

Pullups might look like a simple workout, some might saw it as easy workout when others dont. It helps strengthen the lats, biceps, middle back, and shoulders, an effective upper-body exercise.

Having a hard time to do pullups?

Lie with your chest under a weight bar set to knee height on a squatting rack.

Grab the bar with an overhand grip and, keeping your body in one line, bend your elbows and pull your chest toward the bar. Lower back to start; do 10 reps.
