5 Simple diet tips by Farah XF


1. Say GOODBYE to deep fried food - you can use a tablespoon olive oil & cooking spray or just boil it. Because food are at the lowest fat range when it boiled.

2. say GOODBYE to sugar - Stop eating sugar from sucrose or white sugar. Get sugar naturally from fruits instead!

3. Eat Sloooowly - Your brain needs 20 minutes to get the signal that you're full. so take your time don't rush.

4. Reduce simple carbohydrate - Most simple carbs contain refined sugars and very few essential vitamins & minerals. Move to complex carbs because take longer to digest and are packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals.

5. Eat a healthy breakfast - This will help prevent overeating later in the day.
