DON'T EAT CARBOHYDRATES, IT'LL MAKE U FAT AND HARDER TO LOSE WEIGHT!

That is actually a misinformation for those who want to try healthy diet. Basically carbohydrate helps give your body energy to work.
So you NEED carbs!

Now, most of you know the differences between complex carbs and simple carbs. So what i want to share with you is, which carbohydrates will be suitable during workout?

Of course the answer will be complex carbohydrates. You need high fiber carbs to help giving you energy in continuous rates. Simple carbs burns really fast in comparison. Not a suitable choice for hypoglycemia.

So grab a peanut butter jelly wholewheat sandwich right before workout to fuel u up!

How to go from FLAT to SUPERBUTT?

There are 3 very important muscles exercises that will help you to transform it to superbutt ;

1. Gluteus Maximus (bigger part)

- Lunges
- Squats

2. Gluteus Medius (upper part)

- Straight Leg side plank

3. Gluteus Minimus (in between medius and maximus)

- Bent Knee Side bridge

Try practise those 4 workouts regularly and see the differences! P.s Don't expect 20 times of Squats only can make a difference.

MURAD ZAIDI FIT TIPS OF THE DAY

Having a hard time to do pull up or have no confident at all of doing it right?

Don't stop yourself from keep on trying!

Concentrate on keeping your body as still as possible, and you’ll naturally recruit your abs, hips, and lower back in addition to your arms,slowly move your legs in circles or up and down to further engage your abs.

Try these 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

1. Focus on lowering phase - Use high plyo box to help position yourself ,bend your knees and then slowly lower your body until your arms are extended.

2. Help from a friend - Get a spotter to stand behind you.Try to pull up, with ankles crossed if necessary, as your spotter helps lift your legs.

3. Practice with half pull up - Stand on a plyo box that's high enough so that when you grab the bar your arms are bent about 45 degrees. Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar, then lower to starting position.

WE WILL PERSEVERE.

WE WILL PERSEVERE.

Today is a day of mourning. This morning we receive the bodies of those Malaysians who perished in the tragedy of MH17. We are to spend a minute of silence in memory of these victims and to do anything in our power to respect today's solemnity. Fly the flags at half mast, wear darker clothing, tone down the entertainment.

BUT we do not at any point walk with our heads looking down on the ground. We do not kneel. We do not bow. We will stride forward looking at the future rather than dwell in the past.

Our country has been dealt with problems after problems, crisis after crisis. With MH17 was shot down, MH370 is still missing, Malaysian Airlines is at the brink of bankruptcy. Roads and Bridges collapse, Haze and Floods, not to mention the debacle of our political system. But we will live through all this. We have lived through occupation by four different empires, we will surely be able to survive all this tragedy.

Let's mourn the victims of MH17 and MH370 today and lets work together to ensure something like this never happens again. Let's put 120% of what we have into anything that we're pursuing and lift this country up from the waters that is trying to drown and kill us all.
