How to go from FLAT to SUPERBUTT?

There are 3 very important muscles exercises that will help you to transform it to superbutt ;

1. Gluteus Maximus (bigger part)

- Lunges
- Squats

2. Gluteus Medius (upper part)

- Straight Leg side plank

3. Gluteus Minimus (in between medius and maximus)

- Bent Knee Side bridge

Try practise those 4 workouts regularly and see the differences! P.s Don't expect 20 times of Squats only can make a difference.
