I would like to share with u that excuses don't burn the fat and dreaming to lose weight without acting on it won't get you no way near your ideal weights.
Some people always giving excuses of not working out because "I going back home late around 7:30 PM, if i workout late, tomorrow i will be too exhausted to go to work".
The time of day you work out depends on your preferences, schedule and goals. You have to find a time that works for you. Nighttime workouts actually offer some benefits over morning workouts such as workout at night will prevents evening dietary sabotage. Instead of you spending your night away "RESTING" by going to the mamak and sit for hours, or in front of the TV binge to your favourite junk food, you'll be working out and burn the glycogen in your muscle from the food you eat during the day.
So, now, what's your excuse?
